German Vocabulary - Beim Friseur

By the way, the word “Friseur” can also be spelled “Frisör” and in Switzerland, they use “Coiffeur”. Both “Friseur” and “Coiffeur” originate from the French language. Personally, I prefer to keep the French spelling “Friseur”, but it’s totally your choice.

Marta und Harumi wollen zum Friseur. Marta war vor vielen Monaten das letzte Mal beim Friseur. Ihre Haare sind sehr lang. Sie möchte sie schneiden und färben lassen. Marta hat blonde Haare, aber sie möchte gerne Braun ausprobieren. Und vielleicht eine leichte Dauerwelle, damit sie keinen Lockenstab mehr benutzen muss. Marta mag lockige Haare, aber ihre Haare sind von Natur aus glatt. Harumi hat kürzere Haare als Marta. Sie trägt meistens einen Zopf. Ihre Spitzen müssen geschnitten werden und sie möchte sich vielleicht Strähnchen machen lassen. Aber nur, wenn es nicht zu teuer ist. Harumi war noch nie in Deutschland beim Friseur. Marta ruft einen Friseursalon an und vereinbart einen Termin für nächsten Freitag.
